An original, limited edition mezzotint etching from a copper plate. Done while I was on an artist residency in Mawddach, Wales. Inspired by the seaweed in the estuary, which looked like beautiful jewels sparkling in the late summer water. Edition of 20. My inspirations include Ian Miller, Goya, Bosch, William Morris and Edward Burne-Jones and dark folk tales from British history.
